Hi, I just wanted to let you know that my fiance and I have just returned to Australia after a three-week tour of major cities of Europe. The part of our entire trip that stands out to us the most was a walking tour of Berlin, undertaken by at on 16th September 2008 (3pm from Hackeschker Makt). Our tour guide was Pen, a 35 year old Australian. Perhaps it was the fact that we were hearing information from another Australian, but we both felt that the tour we took with Pen was the most informative, educational, and entertaining part of our entire holiday. She spoke with confidence in a manner that made us understand not only the history that she was explaining to us, but the fact that she has a tremendous respect and love of the city of Berlin. She made us both feel this respect and love for a city we had previously known nothing about. EXCELLENT! I just wanted to say how great Kenny's tour was. It was seriously the best tour I have ever been on. Kenny didn't jusr recite a serious of bullet points about the stop off points that he had learnt (like many tour guides), but rather he had genuine knowledge about the area. He told us about the places with sincerity, and most importantly, he treated us with respect: What I mean by that is, the information was indepth and not dumbed down or sensationalised in any way. I was so impressed with the professionalism of this tour that I am going on another on Monday! Thanks for a great experience, Kenny!

Wow, this is by far the most interesting, informative and fun tour we have ever had. Cheers to Mike for his captivating commentary filled with wit and wisdom. His knowledge of Berlin and its history matched only by his obvious affection for the city and of its people. Hi there I just wanted to say how much of a great time i had with Brian when we went on a tour back at the end of July. His passion and enthusiasm for Berlin was fantastic and because of this, i now know more about Berlin than i could have ever wished to know. His attention to detail was fantastic and i thoroughly enjoyed the day long tour. He was so sincere and gave his time to anyone who had questions. Everyone on the tour listened and if they were anything like me, went away with so much knowledge and passion for the beautiful city also. Out of the 12 countries i visited over the last 6 weeks, Berlin was definitely one of the highlights, because of Brian's fantastic tour. Good morning, Just a quick note to say that we got a lovely letter from Mr and Mrs Clive Lucas who were on the Berlin trip with us recently.
